This tea is truly high quality. I personally prefer to let it infuse 2/3 minutes to get a light and beautiful green tea flavour, but sometimes I also let it infuse a bit more to get more of the nutty flavour coming out of the roasted brown rice. This tea is not only delicious, but I also every time get the sense that this tea is really good for my body.

I discovered this beautiful tea brand a couple of weeks ago and love their wellness teas. But let's talk about their Genmaicha tea. For me, it's the best Genmaicha I have ever tasted, and each time I brew it, the aroma immediately transports me to a cozy Japanese tea house. The nutty fragrance mingled with the fresh scent of the green tea creates a beautiful experience.
